A once derelict shepherd's cottage, Lightpipe was lovingly transformed during 2005/6 into a high specification home, retaining much of its original charm. Situated one mile from West Learmouth Farm, the secluded hideaway is set amidst the heart of the Northumbrian countryside with views of the Cheviot Hills and Tweed Valley.
Accommodation comprises:
- Open plan kitchen/living room with dining area
- One double bedroom with 'secret' en suite bathroom comprising a large power shower with two heads, vanity unit and toilet
- One twin bedroom with 3' beds
- One bedroom with double 6' bed which can be converted to 2 x 3' beds on request
- Family bathroom with roll top bath and separate power shower
- WC and hand basin
- French doors leading to patio and barbeque

- Underfloor heating and oak flooring throughout (except bathrooms)
- Wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD/radio in living room area
