| Booking Conditions When booking directly the following conditions apply. When a third party booking agency is used their conditions will apply. A £50 non-returnable deposit is due for each week booked. The balance is due 4 weeks before your holiday begins. In the case of cancellation, the balance will only be returned if the cottage can be re-let. All bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are provided. A high chair and cot with duvet and linen can also be provided on request, free of charge. Electricity and oil is included in the price, as well as logs for the fire. One dog or small pet is allowed per cottage. It is expected that dog owners should act in a responsible manner, keeping dogs under control at all times and on a lead when in the vacinity of other livestock. Please keep pets off the furniture and beds. There will be no smoking inside the cottages. The cottages are let from Saturday 4pm until Saturday 10am unless other arrangements have been made. |
